I drew this mostly in opencanvas, with little touches in photoshop. I think I might have used painter, too. I'm too fickle when it comes to programs. I wish I could combine the features I like into one Master Program. It would make life so much easier. :)

If this looks familiar, you might have seen it over at Raster. It was in one of the chapters a few months back.
