I love the new stuff, and this one's looking particularly impressive; I love how you're colored the eyes - they're so tiny, yet so striking. Quite a nice color contrast there, just the right amount. The dress' glitter is also quite well done, it's definetly not distracting.
The only thing I'd point out would be the right hand. I'm having a little trouble picturing her holding that purse without letting it fall off; maybe we should be able to glimpse the thumb?
Anyway, that's nitpicking. It looks great, and I hope you keep doing more!
